First Citadel: equity secured to purchase a £23m mixed use portfolio from HBOS, in 2010. Meetings were held with a variety of private equity and property companies and one investor was chosen

Blue Sustainable Developments: In 2007 equity was raised to fund the acquisition of two large tracts of land in Berkshire under a purchase and option agreement and proceed with a planning application

Kurt Little: backing was secured for this management team from the Skelton Group in 2005

CIT: Equity was sourced in 2004 to enable CIT to purchase a portfolio of shopping centres
On-shore Wind Farm Sector
North West Developer: equity was secured in 2011 to progress a pipeline of projects through the planning process. The total pipeline could exceed 200MW.

Farming pipeline: a funding offer has been made to finance 30 planning applications for single turbine projects, as well as the subsequent build out of any consents received. Talks are on-going with the parties involved.

In recent months discussions regarding the above projects has led to meetings with a wide range of investors in this sector who have a variety of risk / reward / scale requirements. Some wish to benefit from planning gain, some wish to build out, whilst some want the resultant income streams.
